Designed with privacy and comfort in mind ‘Snow Gum Grove’ is the perfect place to relax and unwind. ‘Snow Gum Grove’ is positioned in the midst of the historic World Heritage National Park and is a few minutes walk to the Katoomba Falls Reserve, Scenic World, cliff top walks and spectacular views.

Snow Gum Grove has 4 bedrooms, the master bed room being a king with a spa bath in the en suite. The second bedroom has a queen with its own private deck. The third bedroom has a double and the fourth has 2 king singles. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests.

There are 3 bathrooms including the en suite, with the main bathroom containing a 2 person spa to relax in. The Jarrah timber kitchen has quality stainless steel appliances ready for you to prepare the most sumptuous cuisine.

There is log fire to compliment the central heating and for the warmer months there is air conditioning in the living room area. Out from the living room is a North facing covered deck with BBQ over looking magnificent snow gums and the 14th tee of the Katoomba golf course.

Snow Gum Grove is a non-smoking house, designed to comfortably accommodate families or groups of up to 10 people.

Local Attractions:

Scenic world and Katoomba falls is only 500m away, both giving access to amazing views and walking options for people of all levels of fitness. Echo point is 1km away which can be driven or walked via Katoomba Falls.

There are many other nature activities available in Katoomba and the surrounding villages. Also Snow Gum Grove resides on a quite corner of Katoomba Golf Club overlooking the 14th tee if a game of golf is wanted.
